I placed an order, but I haven't received confirmation email?
If you do not get an email within 5 minutes after order, you may have entered the wrong the email address.  Please contact for help.
How can I find my tracking number once my order ships?
Go to [My Account] select the [My Orders] tab on the left menu, your tracking number will be under Shipping Method. You can also find it at the bottom of the “Your order has been shipped” email. Why does shipping to Canada cost $45?
Do to shipping costs and import duties, shipping to Canada is $45.
Do you ship outside of the US or Canada?
We ONLY ship to the USA and Canada.
Do you ship to trans ship agencies?
We DO NOT ship to trans ship agencies. If you place an order using a trans ship agency your order will be cancelled without notice.
How can I collect SA Points?
Register for a membership at the Sonny Angel Store, and purchase Sonny Angel items. Point values will be listed on each item. Only Sonny Angel and Gee Products are eligible for points.
How can I use SA Points?
You can exchange SA Points for some special items. Please go to the [SA Point Exchange Items] page to order items with your SA points. Products are subject to availability. 
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can if you contact us at before we send you the "Order-Confirmation" email. After the "order-Confirmation" email has been sent, orders cannot be cancelled.
Can I return or exchange my SA Point Exchange order?
No, you cannot. However, if your item(s) are defective or you received the wrong item(s), you can return your item(s). Please email us at to return you order. You may need to provide photo proof if your product is defective.
Can I transfer my SA Point to someone else?
Unfortunately. no you cannot. SA Points are non-transferable
Can you send my SA Point order to a specific address?
We will send your SA Point order to the address you registered in your Sonny Angel account.
Is it possible to restore my expired SA Point after they expire?
No, you cannot restore your SA Point if they have expired. We recommend using all points before March 31.
If I cancel my membership, what will happen to my SA Points?
If you cancel your membership, you will lose all SA Points and Membership Ranks you have earned. We highly recommend you use all of your SA Point before cancelling.
Is there order limit for the SA Point New Year Card?
There is a maximum order limit for this item of 2 pieces per person. (* Please be aware that orders of this item from duplicate accounts with duplicate names, addresses, phone numbers, or IDs may be cancelled without prior notice.)
